If you want to send email from your own domain in Dixa you have to add a DKIM and SPF record. This is necessary to avoid spam and allow Dixa to send emails on your behalf.

DKIM
To enable DKIM, create a TXT record for
mandrill._domainkey.yourdomain.com with the following value:

v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;

SPF
To enable SPF, create a TXT record for yourdomain.com with the following value:

v=spf1 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ~all

You can read more about setting up DKIM and SPF here. You can contact us when the setup is complete and we will check the correctness from our side.

When those two records have been added - please contact us for the verification procedure.
We will need to know:
1. The email address you would like to get a verification to, representing the domain you would like to add in Dixa.
2. An email address you have added in Dixa that you will use to forward inbound emails.

We will send you a verification email, that has to be forwarded to us (within 48h, the link inside should not be clicked as it will expire the verification) and make the changes in the email sender name.
