Click-to-Call in Excel

With the desktop app for Windows and MacOS, you can click on a phone number in Excel and call the number from Dixa.

You have to use this formula:
=HYPERLINK(CONCAT("tel:";B2))

NOTE: Make sure that click-to-call cells are formatted as a Phone number (click the cell > Home> Number > More number formats > Special > Phone Number).

Example:

Click the click-to-call number and you will get this pop-up:

Click "Dixa" and you will be routed to your Dixa account where the outbound phone number is automatically populated.

Press Enter or Call to dial the number. You can change the outbound number before calling if needed.
