Queue filters

On the top right corner of the Dashboard queue, you can filter what queues to display:
All queues
All the queues, for the whole organization.
My queues
All the queues you are assigned to.
Favorite queues
Here you can select the queues you want to monitor.
To add a queue to this list, click on the star icon by the name of each queue.
Note
Favorites are personal, meaning each agent can mark their own. To remove a queue from your list, click on the star again.
Archived queues:
All queues that were archived. For more information, you can refer to Archiving Queues.
