How to set up WhatsApp

Bring together all your customer support channels under one tidy umbrella and answer WhatsApp messages alongside Facebook messages, chats, emails and calls from one view.
Get Started with WhatsApp
To get started with WhatsApp, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings in Dixa.
- Click Messaging under Channels & Routing.
- Click Start setup
- Fill out the signup form and click Request access.
It can take up to 4-6 weeks before the application has been approved and access is granted. We will keep you updated during this process.
You control the presence of WhatsApp by clicking the Messaging icon. This also affects your presence on Facebook Messenger (if this is set up):
Set the workload limit on both WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger with the Messaging limit. You'll find that under Settings and Organization and Team.
Under Conversations, you can filter by WhatsApp:
- No outbound conversations
It is not possible to start your own conversation via WhatsApp. All conversations have to be started by your customer.
