Time-based Filters on Search

In order to get better insights into the conversations that you receive, it can be important to filter on different time-based parameters.
Available time-based filters
You can choose which filters you would like to apply to your search results. You can choose one of the filters or add multiple filters at the same time.
Filter based on creation date:
The creation date filter allows you to narrow down your search results to only see conversations that were created within the timespan that you choose. Note that the boundaries of your date range choices are included.
Filter based on latest activity:
The latest activity filter allows you to narrow down your search results to filter conversations based on when the latest activity occurred for that conversation. Please note that the following are registered as activity on a conversation: internal note added, new message added, tag added, transferred or assigned to a queue or an agent.
Filter based on duration:
The duration filter allows you to narrow down your search results to only see conversations that lasted for the timespan that you specified. You can filter on an intervall by specifying an upper and a lower bound for the duration and also change the filter to "longer/shorter than or equal to".
Please note, that by default both open and closed conversations are included in the duration filter logic. If you are interested in e.g. only open conversations, then you can additionally use the "status" filter to only see open conversations.
