Add an Agent
Adding more agents is super easy and super quick! Simply go to Settings > organisation & team > Invite new team member.
An agent can also be added by clicking "+" next to Team List in the bottom of the left-side panel.
You’ll be able to fill in the agents name, email, phone number (optional) and choose the agent’s role.
The agent will then receive an email with an invite. Finally, don't forget to assign the agent to queues!
