Opening hours are checked for, in call flows, when you receive incoming calls. You can have different opening hours for different phone numbers.

To change opening hours simply go to Settings > Phone > Edit flow against the phone number in question. From here all you need to do is the following:

  1. Click on the pen icon in the lower right corner of the Opening Hours action box.
  2. Update the opening hours by dragging the sliders and by toggling open or closed status.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Click Save Flow in the top right corner.


To add opening hours, you can go through the same process, but instead of editing the existing opening hours, you can add an action to your call flow which is simply called Opening Hours.
