In the conversation view's right-side panel you can see information about the person you're talking to, and you can take some actions immediately:

If you're to click on the 3 dots you'll have the option to either View the contact, or Edit the contact.

If you're to select View, you'll be taken straight to the users' profile where you would have an overview of requests submitted by the user. 

Selecting the Edit option will take you to the contact card of the user, from here you'll be able to edit the Name, Phone number, Role and company the user belongs to.
