Custom Signatures

  • Last updated on December 30, 2024 at 11:43 AM

You can have a different email signature for each email address you have. To set up a signature you’ll need to go to Settings > Email > Setup next to the email address in question.

You can also use the HTML text editor to create the signature.
Please be aware that the Liquid templating language is supported as well.

Check out this article for commonly used formatting options.

Full CSS is not supported, and you should also be aware that you don't have any manual linebreak inside any HTML code you have set up.

To gain full customization control of your signature as well as the whole outbound email template check out this article.

The signature will automatically be added to new emails sent from the selected email integration and to email replies sent from the email integration.

The following variables can also be inserted in the signature to pre-populate information:

  • {{agent_fullname}} - Insert the agent's full name from their Display name from Settings > Profile
  • {{csid}} - Inserts the current conversation ID number
