You can have a different email signature for each support address you have. To set up a signature you’ll need to go to Settings > Email > Setup next to the email address in question. 

You can also use the HTML text editor to create the signature (Liquid is supported too).

The signature will automatically be added to new emails sent from the selected email integration and to email replies sent from the email integration.

The following variables can also be inserted in the signature to pre-populate information: 

  • {{organization_name}} - Inserts the organization name from Settings > Organization & Team.
  • {{agent_firstname}} - Inserts the agent's first name from Settings > Profile.
  • {{agent_fullname}} - Inserts the agent's full name from Settings > Profile.
  • {{csid}} - Inserts the current conversation id number.
