To make your own email signature:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Go Email.
  3. Click Setup next to the email integration you want to add a custom signature for.
  4. Use the HTML text editor to create the signature (Liquid is supported too).
  5. The signature will automatically be added to new emails sent from the selected email integration and to email replies sent from the email integration.

    The following variables can be inserted in the signature:
    {{organization_name}} - Inserts the organization name from Settings > Organization & Team.
    {{agent_firstname}} - Inserts the agent's first name from Settings > Profile.
    {{agent_fullname}} - Inserts the agent's full name from Settings > Profile.
    {{csid}} - Inserts the current conversation id number.
