What Platforms does Dixa Messenger support?

Dixa Messenger is supported on multiple platforms, including web and Native Mobile apps.

• Flutter (not maintained)

What are the differences between Dixa Chat and Dixa Messenger?

Dixa Live Chat only supports browsers and not Mobile Apps. Customers using Dixa Messenger can have their end-users create conversations in their Dixa Organization directly from their Native Mobile Apps. 

What is the difference between Dixa Messenger for Mobile and Mobile SDK (MSDK)

There is no difference between the two concepts, as it is two ways of saying the same thing. Dixa Messenger is the umbrella term for the Messenger Widget, and MSDK is the idea of putting the Dixa Messenger widget into a Mobile App.

Does Dixa Messenger Support Elevio?

Yes, if you have an Elevio account, you can connect the two and allow end-users to browse help articles directly in Messenger. Here's an article with more information

Does Dixa Support Chatbots?

Yes, Dixa Messenger supports a variety of Chatbots out there, including Dixa's own Mim. 

Third-party Chatbots like Ada, Kindly, and Digital Genius are supported as well, by using their own widget.
